Pregnancy & childbirth is a beautiful & natural process, but mother's often experience low back and pelvic pain due to tissue laxity (looseness). Learn foundational knowledge of the connection between the low back (lumbar spine) and pelvis & how you can care for yourself to treat & prevent common issues that occur with pregnancy.
This workshop is for both pregnant and postpartum women and will focus on safe, effective exercises to help reduce pain and improve back and core strength. Workshop will include yoga-based movements throughout an interactive lecture and Q&A. No previous yoga experience required.
