One of the most common issues after pregnancy and birth is loss of core strength. Your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles get stretched and weakened throughout the pregnancy and birth.

Some women will develop a “gap”, some may feel disconnected and weak, some feel a "pressure" in the pelvis, and some women just want to return to their sport safely.

This workshop will focus on how to safely and effectively restore your abdominal and pelvic muscle strength from the inside out - no matter when you had your baby. Workshop will include yoga-based movements throughout an interactive lecture and Q&A. No previous yoga experience required.

Workshop is for postpartum women (we define “postpartum” as “a woman who has ever given birth”).
