PRENATAL YOGA

Summer Schedule Update!

Saturday June 10th & 17th class is scheduled from 1130am-1245pm

Beginning June 25th, class will shift to SUNDAYS from 830-930am.

NO CLASS on Sunday 7/30 & 8/6


 
  • PRENATAL classes at GUD Yoga are appropriate for all stages of pregnancy, offering a one-hour combination of strengthening & stretching.

  • Mothers will learn effective breathing techniques and postures to ease joint & muscle tension related to pregnancy.

  • Within this class you will find a safe and supportive community to unite in the shared experience of pregnancy & motherhood.
