The demands of the Holiday Season come with varying levels of stress & anxiety. These emotions influence our physical body and can manifest as muscular tension and tightness, making genuine self-care practices that much more important.
This New Year's Day CLASS+ experience will begin with gentle, slow-flow-style yoga poses and breath-work to cultivate mind-body awareness, emotional equanimity, and physical ease.
Participants will then be guided through a still, quiet, and systematic process of deep relaxation known as Yoga Nidra -- a simple yet profound practice that efficiently reduces accumulated tension, increases receptivity, and allows participants to set intentions for the new year from a place of clarity and resolve.
This 90-minute offering will conclude with an extended Savasana Sound Bath, using crystal singing bowls to help attune participants to a more vibrant and positive frequency, while empowering them to walk gently into the bright potential of the new year.
