Join Ann (E-RYT 500) for this special CLASS+ experience, offering a thoughtful combination of restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and sound healing.
This 90min CLASS+ will begin with gentle restorative yoga poses & breathing practices designed to cultivate mind-body awareness, emotional equanimity, and physical ease.
From there, participants will shift into Yoga Nidra -- a still and quiet practice of guided, systematic relaxation that efficiently reduces accumulated tensions and opens our minds to greater resolve and receptivity.
This 90min offering will conclude with an extended Savasana Sound Bath, using crystal singing bowls to help participants attune themselves to a more vibrant and positive frequency, empowering them to set intentions for the remainder of the summer season from a place of openness and clarity.
