My yoga journey started as a little experiment to find a new challenge, and it turned into a lifelong passion that I absolutely love sharing.
I'm a navy veteran, military spouse, and proud mom of two daughters who keep me on my toes. As a navy spouse, I’ve moved coast to coast and had to pick up and reset many times -- yoga has been my anchor through all that change.
One of my favorite things in the world is rolling out my mat—especially outdoors in the fresh air—and finding that peaceful space within. I also love hiking, and I find that time in nature, whether on the trail or on my mat, always helps bring me back to center.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Ashley Gudknecht and additional Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Diane Malaspina right here at GUD Yoga. In my classes, I share my love of Restorative Yoga by creating a warm and nurturing atmosphere where students can find a sense of support and tranquility.
