2027 Yoga Teacher Training Terms & Conditions:

By registering for GUD Yoga's 2027 Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation & Program Requirements:

  • I understand that YTT includes in-person instruction, independent study, physical yoga practice, lectures, practice teaching, reading and writing assignments, breathwork, and meditation. I am responsible for participating safely and communicating any accommodation needs to GUD Yoga.

  • In addition to designated YTT instruction and assignments, I must attend at least 36 regularly scheduled GUD Yoga classes during the training period to fulfill the 200-hour program requirements.

Tuition & Registration:

  • Admission into the program is at the discretion of GUD Yoga. Upon acceptance into the program, registration deposits are non-refundable. If an applicant is not accepted, their deposit will be refunded.

  • I understand that tuition and included benefits vary by registration type:

    • Early Bird Tuition ($1,995): Includes designated YTT instruction only. The 36 required studio classes must be purchased separately through single visits, class packs, or a GUD Yoga membership. The remaining $1,495 balance must be paid before training begins.

    • Non-Member Tuition ($3,995): Includes designated YTT instruction and 36 regularly scheduled classes at GUD Yoga during training. CLASS+ and other membership benefits are not included.

    • Member Tuition ($3,195): Available only to students whose GUD Yoga membership is active before submitting their registration deposit and remains active throughout training. Includes designated YTT instruction, with unlimited regularly scheduled classes and CLASS+ provided through the student's active membership.

  • Non-Member and Member Tuition must be paid in full by May 15, 2027. All tuition payments are non-refundable and become non-transferable once training begins.

Completion & Graduation:

  • I understand that missed instruction, incomplete assignments, or work that does not meet program standards must be made up and may involve additional fees.

  • Enrollment does not guarantee graduation. Certification requires completion of all 200 training hours, all assignments and required classes, full tuition payment, and demonstrated proficiency in the training materials and teaching methodologies, as assessed by GUD Yoga.

Location & Program Changes:

  • Training will take place in person at GUD Yoga, 4807 Colley Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23508. If Virginia authorities or the Lead Trainer determine that in-person instruction is inappropriate, some or all training may move to a virtual format.
