The demands of daily life come with varying levels of stress & anxiety. These emotions influence our physical body and can manifest as muscular tension & tightness, making genuine self-care practices that much more important.
Both Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing are designed to activate the body’s parasympathetic nervous system which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal, & restore balance
This 75min experience will begin with gentle restorative yoga poses & breathing practices designed to cultivate mind-body awareness, emotional equanimity, & physical ease.
Led by Ann Williams (E-RYT 500), this 75min CLASS+ will conclude with an extended Savasana Sound Bath, using crystal singing bowls to help attune you to a more positive & vibrant frequency.
From this state of mental clarity and physical relaxation, we will welcome & embody the bright potential of the Spring Season.
