Spring Slow Flow & Chocolate Tasting



Join us for a NEW CLASS+ experience — Spring Slow Flow & Chocolate Tasting.

Blending Slow Flow yoga with a guided, meditative chocolate tasting, this 75-minute CLASS+ will take you on a sensory journey while cultivating a deeper sense of embodiment and self-awareness.

Led by Samantha Young (RYT-200), Spring Slow Flow & Chocolate Tasting is designed to nurture the body, calm the mind, and open space for a more intentional, present-moment experience.

The class will begin with gentle yoga poses that encourage slow, intentional movement and breath awareness.

From there, the experience will transition into a three-part, guided chocolate tasting to deepen present-moment awareness through mindful eating and the sensory experience of taste.

The evening will conclude with restorative shapes and an extended Savasana, leaving you grounded, relaxed, and receptive.
