Please note the following 24hr cancellation policy will be enforced without exception:
MEMBER no-shows* and cancellations within 24 hours will result in a $25 cancellation fee
Class Pack & Single Visit *no-shows & cancellations within 24hrs will lose the class from their account / no credit will be issued.
*no-shows include late arrivals, after the front door is locked.
