These classes empower students to explore & refine pose alignment while also incorporating elements of flow & specific breath practices.

If you register for class & are unable to attend, please cancel your class reservation to make room for a waitlisted yogi
Unlimited Members: same-day cancellations & no-shows will be charged a $30 cancellation fee
Class-Pack & Single-Visits will lose that class (it will no be credited back into the client account)
